Terms of Service

Last updated: May 25, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Projobly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What Projobly does

Projobly is a service that reads your resume, finds matching job postings, tailors your resume per job description, and (with your permission) submits applications on your behalf using an email identity we manage for you.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about yourself and your background.
  • Don't upload resumes belonging to other people without their consent.
  • Don't use Projobly to apply to fake jobs, mass-spam recruiters, or otherwise abuse third-party platforms.
  • Keep your password secret.

4. Our responsibilities

  • Run the service in good faith, with reasonable uptime.
  • Never invent skills, employers, or experience in tailored resumes.
  • Submit only applications you have authorized.
  • Handle your data per our privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use of third-party sites

Projobly may interact with third-party job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS systems, company career pages) on your behalf. You authorize this interaction and acknowledge that those platforms have their own terms. We minimize requests to avoid disruption and follow reasonable rate limits.

6. Subscriptions and billing

  • The Free tier requires no payment.
  • Paid tiers are billed weekly. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Refunds are at our discretion, except where mandated by law or our get-hired guarantee on the Pro plan.

7. Service availability and changes

We do our best to keep the service running 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or sunset features with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

Projobly does not guarantee that you will get a job, an interview, or even a reply. Job markets are unpredictable. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projobly's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Projobly is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
