Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Projobly offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing period (weekly or monthly, as shown at checkout). Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • No partial-period charges are made after you cancel.

3. Refunds

  • If you were charged in error or experienced a billing issue, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
  • For first-time subscribers, if you are unsatisfied you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided the service has not been substantially used (e.g. a large number of applications already submitted on your behalf).
  • Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, but we review hardship and error cases in good faith.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor (Razorpay). Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Email billing@projobly.com with your account email and the reason for the request, or use the contact form. We respond within 2 business days.
