Projobly is a software-as-a-service product. There are no physical goods to ship. Nothing is mailed or couriered to you.

Service delivery & access

• Access to the free tier is granted immediately upon creating an account.
• Paid features are activated immediately after a successful payment is confirmed by our payment processor — typically within a few minutes.
• You access the service online at any time through your account; no download or delivery step is required.

If access doesn't activate

If your paid features are not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact billing@projobly.com and we will resolve it promptly. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing remedies.
